Overlooking Freshwater East Bay, this is a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the best Pembrokeshire has to offer, whether as a couple or as a family. After breakfast on the deck, walk straight out of the door and down through the dunes onto the beach for a swim in the sea. The apartment has an open plan light and airy living room / diner / kitchen with a Moroccan style seating area for you to stretch out and fully relax. For those with little ones, there is a little Wendy House on the deck. Freshwater East is a lovely little seaside village, which has a really connected and friendly community, and a number of artists selling their ware from their properties along the same street as the apartment. The apartment is situated just above the beach and coast path and there are a multitude of amazing walks in nature right on your doorstep. The dune system is locally called 'The Burrows' due to the local rabbit population (you will see rabbits grazing on the lawn in front at dusk) and is a designated Nature Reserve. With a wetlands area with boardwalks located at the far end. Just down the lane that runs along the apartment building, there is a lovely little woods with adventure wild play facilities and an old well. Although public transport is limited to Freshwater East village, there is a Coastal Cruiser bus service that drops walkers at various points along the coast. The village of Lamphey just down the hill from Freshwater East has a regular train and bus service, as well as a local shop and petrol station. The best thing to do, is stock up on your food shopping, park your car in the car park and spend the rest of your holiday enjoying there beautiful walks and beach life that Freshwater East has to offer.
