L'Ecurie - Modern house in rural france

L'Ecurie is a converted 18th century coach house that once belonged to the village chateau. The village of Puymaurin is a small commune located in the south west of France, close to the Spanish border and the Pyrénées. Bedroom 1 - Super King, Twin Singles, with an ensuite bathroom inc. free standing bath. Bedroom 2 - King & Twin singles on mezzanine level with an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 3 - King and adjoining first floor shower room Communal Area - Double sofa bed on first floor landing with temporary privacy screens. Baby/toddler cot movable into any room With over 2500 square feet of space L'ecurie is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The open plan ground floor includes fully equipped island kitchen with coffee machine, dining area, lounge, utility room and W.C Fast Internet. (approx. 30mb download & 5mb upload) with WiFi extenders for whole house coverage. It is possible to remote work from this house. The lounge features an HD Projector, which can play Blu-Rays / DVDs and has a streaming stick which allows free access to Netflix France, so you have access to literally thousands of tv shows and films. The lounge also has an advance Dolby 5.1 surround sound system, which plays the projectors sound output or another source like iphone/iPad/laptop. Garden with spectacular views and outdoor eating area. Ample parking, with security cameras and lighting. We have our friends in the village who will be available should you need any assistance. Also we have a gardener that comes over once a week and our housekeeper lives nearby if you need help with anything such as heating controls, lighting fires, etc 45mins from Toulouse Airport (Blagnac) by car. 5 km from L'isle-en-Dodon, a village with 15 km from Boulogne-sur-Gesse Both these small towns provide all you need in terms of markets, restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, banks, etc. The wider local area offers wild swimmings, markets, lakes, cycling, canoeing and skiing in the mountains. There are two adult mountain bikes in the shed. A car is recommended to get around. We have installed satellite fast internet for you to enjoy and we have added a Netflix account to the projector in the living room.
