Two bedrooms (double bed and one single bed) to sleep three (the single bedroom is open plan with a stair gate to ensure children's safety, a travel cot is available if required), kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over bath, dining room and lounge (with double sofa bed which sleeps an additional two people if required). It has been tastefully refurbished keeping many of the original features, oak beams and a large inglenook fireplace which has a wood burning stove with a good supply of logs available for the winter months. No dogs. Access to front garden with seating area and also patio area at the rear of the property. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, yet close to the sea makes this a perfect location. Colyford is located on the A3052 between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. When approaching from the East, Stafford Cottage is approximately half a mile from the local post office and shop. Just as you are about to leave the village, Gully Shoot can be found on your right. Turn into Gully Shoot and Stafford Cottage is the first cottage immediately on your left. When approaching from the West, turn left just after you enter the village of Colyford into Gully Shoot. Stafford Cottage is the first cottage immediately on your left. Parking is in The Plot, to the left as you face Stafford Cottage. If you're travelling by train, the nearest railway station is about 5 miles away in Axminster. Exeter airport is 18 miles away.
