We love living here and decided to share our love for this town that lies between two volcanic peaks, the famous 'Gib' Mount Gibraltar and Mount Alexandra. Mittagong lies 632m above sea level.(beautiful fresh country air) Located only 113km south-west of Sydney via Hume Motorway. So many things to see and do. From wine tasting in tranquail vineyards, chic cafes, antique stores, historic sites to gorgeous gardens, idyllic walks and picturesque scenic drives. You will need more then a day to explore this beautiful place we call home. You can walk to our Visitor Information Centre from our apartment, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. They can help you navigate our charming, chic, historic Southern Highlands. The easiest to get around the Southern Highlands from town to town is using your own vehicle. You can easily walk around Mittagong from our Apartment. If you like cycling our Visitor Information Centre can guide you. The Taxi service is great. Mittagong train station is a very short walk from the apartment. We want you to feel like our apartment is your home away from home. Relax and enjoy your time.
