Green nest

We want you to have a safe stay! • The “Green nest” is an autonomous semi-basement apartment inside a big house, with private entrance. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids or group of friends. The apartment consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom includes a double bed, a big closet and a drawer. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the kitchen there are several devices such as oven, fridge, 2 coffee machines (for espresso and French coffee), water boiler and dish washer. Dishes and cups, pans and pots are also available. A dining table with four chairs is provided. The living room includes two sofas: one of them can be converted to a semi double bed and the other sofa can accommodate a child up to 6 years old. Moreover in the living room there is a fireplace and a plasma TV. In the bathroom there is a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The apartment has an autonomous heating system. The “Green nest” is located at the foot of mountain Pelion, in a green quiet suburb of Volos called Agios Georgios Iolkou, with a lot of traditional houses. Very close to the house you can find taxis and a bus stop. You can easily reach the center of the city in less than 3 km and the ski center of Hania in less than 20 km. The house also provides free parking and garden for the guests. The taxis and the bus stop are situated at approximately 300 m from the house. The visitor has an easy access to the picturesque villages of mountain Pelio during both summer and winter, having the opportunity to go swimming and skiing. For those who love walking in nature there is an extended path network covering almost the whole mountain region. A visit to Volos Archaeological Μuseum, to the prehistoric villages of Sesklo and Dimini, to the Ancient Theater of Demetrias as well as to the City Museum gives an idea of the evolution of the city of Volos throughout the centuries. The old city of Volos known under the name of Palaia offers to the visitors interesting opportunities for entertainment.
