Our Cozy Two bed room and Two Gazeboo Room private villa with a stunning pool and social hall has a true filipino feeling, 16 pax is the right sized to to sleep overnight and be able to sleep comfortably on the beds, 19pax max can be manageable to sleep with folding mattresses for an additional fee. We can do less than 80 pax to party and stay for the day at the social hall subject to additional fee, All rooms are with Aircondition. We do change the water of the pool on every guest check out. Clean and open space good for party, wedding reception, baptismal, debut, team building, offsites and meeting out of the office stratigic planning or just plain family gathering or friends get together. As listed 16 pax to comfortably sleep on the listed price in the excess of 16 pax shall be subject to additional fee, we can also accommodate less 80 people to party at the social hall but subject to confirmation and additional fee. Even if the guest will just stay for the day we still charge extra based on the number of persons. The spacious pavillion with good air circulation will give you a relaxing feeling and we do change the water of the pool for every guest giving you a none Chlorinated pool, this means a none stop swimming with out eye and skin irritations. Our place is very near Calamba City proper a city full of history, Jose Rizal's ancestral home is only 30mins drive from our place. Jose Rizal is the national hero of the Philippines. Also we are only 30mins away from Mt. Makiling where University of the Philippines Los banos Campus is located, you can hike to mad spring. Further drive for 1 hour you can reach caliraya lake and Pagsanghan falls. Standard check-in is 1 pm then check out 10am the next day for a 21 hours standard stay, please take note that we do not do check in beyond this standard times, also we do not do day trip and night trip rentals for 12 hours On all facility swingming pool, two bed rooms and the Gazeebo that was converted to bedroom, kitchen, service kitchen common toilet and bath, outdoor shower and two car garage. Except the second floor room and family rooms is for our own private use. We do have Karaoke Machine and you can use it for free. We also have monoblock table and chairs good for 20pax and you can use it for free. Our place is an hour drive from Manila. If you opt to go to Tagaytay for a cool breez and site seeing Taal Volcano, then its only one hour away. If you want to go to caliraya like all you need to do is drive for one hour from our place. Pagsangjan falls and shooting the rapids is only 45 minutes from our place. If you want to back history Calamba City is the birth place of Philippine National Here Jose Rizal his ancestral house is only 15 minutes away from our place. Our place is also very near University of the Philippines Los Banos Campus As much as we can we will interact with our guest personally, with a given schedule and free time we will try to meet our guest as much as possible. We can also assit for your food and catering needs, even open bar for drinks we can arrange for you. Please be guided accordingly that we are in a PANDEMIC time staycation, vacation homes are very well affected on a sudden change of government restrictions, this is very fluid and should be decided accordingly, PLEASE PRIOR TO BOOKING MY HOUSE kindly be REMINDED that our cancellation policy is in effect please ready it carefully before you book, you have an option t ALTER or REBOKED your trip to later date just in case there will be change of government restrictions but please be guided that we do not offer a full refund, you can avail a full refund given that you will cancel with in 48 hours of you booking my house. It's quite, secure and clean, friendly place, almost new we just finished the construction of this lovely place last February 2015. Our place is very ideal for events like debut party, baptismal celebration, wedding reception or team building. This is the only place in the village that you can find. Open space with good ventillation makes you feel your in a club house. Most of the neighboring house has its own private pool as well and have their house also for rent, this gated village is surrounded by rice fields and the near by Laguna the Bay. Very accessible to public transport, or private cars and Van, we can also help you with direction by your own private cars or by public bus transportation. One hour drive from Manila. 45 minutes drive from the airport One hour drive to the beach of Nasugbu Batangas. If you need a Van we can also recommend one for you. Convenience store is just out side the village where you can buy cube ice, charcoal and other things you need for this trip. We also provide karaoke for free. If you need catering service for your food we can reffer one for you and you will be the one directly dealing with the caterer. The village is basical all private rest house please expect that most of the house are just like ours. Please do bring your blanket it might be cold inside the room at night we only provide pillows, pillow cover and bed sheet. Also do not forget to bring cooking utensils and cooking pan,for we only provide gas cook top and refrigirator. We don't have any water dispenser as well you can bring your own if you want Bbq grill is also provided but please do bring thongs for your grill needs Kindly message me and ask me all questions prior to booking, also would appreciate if you can tell me the number of person you intend to bring so we would be able to quote and give you the right price and if we can accommodate you. The lot size of my property is 460sq.m/4,700sq.feet, the two bed rooms is around 20-25sq.m with toilet and bathroom on both the bed rooms, the social hall is 100 sq.meter while the swimming pool dimension is 6 meter wide and 11 meter long on an 8 shape adult pool with a round kiddie pool. The Gazeebo room was converted into a bed room with a double size bed and both are equipped with air condition. The bed configuration of the two bed room and gazebo room as follows 1st Bedroom Three (3) double size bed 54x75 Total person can sleep at the beds 6 person One single folding mattress to sleep on the floor (subject for request and approval) 2nd Bedroom One queen size Bed 60x75 Two Double size Bed 54x75 Total Person can sleep at the Beds 6 person Two single folding mattress to sleep on the floor ( subject for request and approval) Two Gazebo room One double size bed 54x75 on each Gazebo Room Total person can sleep 4 person Over all that can sleep on the beds 16 person Over all that can sleep on the folding mattress on the floor 3 person subject for request and approval Social hall can accommodate less than 100 to party tables and chair is well distributed to the hall, garage and pool area, more than 30 guest to party is considered a big group 31-100 pax shall be subject for additional fee The water in the pool is not hot spring only normal spring water not to cold not hot for there is no hot spring water in our area. Also please do take note that my house is located in the tropical country the Philippines, there will be seasonal mosquitoes, flies, rice bugs, ants coming from the out side of the property most specially during Rainy season, but rest assured that we make our house clean and pest free. We are not responsible in case there will be water and electricity disruption in my house because this is beyond our control rest assured that we will coordinate and call the utility company to report the problem the soonest possible time. Please do secure your personal belongings, keep your bedrooms doors locked when you sleep at night all vehicles doors are locked and all the gates of the property should be locked as well for your safety during your stay we shall not held liable for any lost of your personal belongings so please be responsible for them. We only accept 21 hours standard stay. Please take note that we do not do DAY TRIP AND NIGHT trip rental. If the dates in my calendar is blocked or gray already it means that it is booked and paid already, please do not ask me again if this dates are still available. You can park two Cars inside my hosue the rest can park in front of my house. Karaoke/Videoke is provided and you can use it for free CCTV is in operation on common areas only, for your protection and safety.
