***Looking for extended booking between August - November*** 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse in Kahibah (10 minute drive from Newcastle CBD) Downstairs has kitchen/dining/lounge/laundry & outdoor courtyard with vegie patch. There is a BBQ outside (but hasn't been used for awhile) Upstairs consists of main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite; a seperate main bathroom, and second bedroom with a long double sized IKEA fouton. Close to local shops and beaches Everything you need is within a short drive. All popular beaches, lookouts, nature walks, shopping centres (Westfield's etc) are all within 10 minutes. A very short drive or walk from Glenrock National Park. The outdoor area receives almost all day sun and is a really good space to sit in winter mornings to get some sun in. No dryer at the property. Garage is currently being used for storage and is generally locked, however may be used for short term storage of surf boards etc if requested in advance I am available by email or (Hidden by Airbnb) . Phone number will be provided upon check in In a quite little Neighbourhood very close to Newcastle CBD. (Only two suburbs away) The house is on a main road (Newcastle main road not Sydney) however my unit is set right back from the road so it is very quiet. Very good place to base yourself if you are here to enjoy the sights and scenery and want to be out of the city centre. It is approximately $20 uber to town at night Uber to Newcastle - approx $18-$20 Taxi - similar price Public bus stop - about 100 metres up the road Closest train stations - Adamstown, Kotara (only all stops trains) / Broadmeadow / Hamilton (main interchanges) Closest shopping complex - Westfield Kotara, Charlestown square (5 minute drive each) small local shops only 100 metres away - butcher/bottleshop/it's/post I'm generally easily contacted.
