Large room in the west of Mocscow

Large, comfortable and clean, separate room with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances: refrigerator, stove, washing machine, microwave, kettle. Near the metro and the local train station. We have a 20 sq.m. room available for rent in a three-room apartment. I live in the apartment with my husband and daughter (7 years old). We have two cats, who are very kind and gentle. The Metro station "Molodejnaya" is just a 10-15 minute walk from the flat (it takes 20-25 minutes to the city centre), also it is near to the local train station station* “Rabochij poselok" from there is a convenient and fast local train connection to the city center and the opposite end of the city. There are a lot of shops (Auchan City, Dixie, Pyaterochka, Ribbon, Magnit) near the house. It is also close to many cafes and restaurants. The cinema is a 10 minute walk away. Free parking places are available around the house. I would be glad to recommend places to walk, the best places to buy groceries, etc. It is a very quiet green area. Nearby are Filevsky park, Krylatskiye hills, Grebnoj canal with a promenade, bike paths and other opportunities for recreation and outdoor pursuits. Smoking is allowed only outside.
