Close to Adelaide CBD, tram stop nearby (to city and Glenelg), bus at the end of the street & walk to trendy Hyde Park shopping & cafe district. Owner may or may not be in occupancy with small, adorable, friendly dog (I have a beach house that I may disappear to). One bedroom (second can be booked by same party), bathroom & sitting room with smart TV upstairs. Welcome to use downstairs kitchen, family room & barbecue facilities. The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Rate is for the use of one bedroom with a queen size bed. Wardrobe and drawer space available. Undercover parking is negotiable. Second bedroom can be booked to by same party only at a doubled rate (see separate listing). Bedroom, upstairs study with smart TV, upstairs bathroom, downstairs kitchen dining and family room, laundry and outside areas. I am happy to provide information and assistance as required. Grat location to local cafes, restaurants, fshion, homeware stores, bars and of cours a pub or two. Really easy access to bus and a little further to tram services. Tram travels to a popular Adelaide metropolitan beach. Walkable distance to the city of Adelaide via the unique parklands that surround the city. Current tourist brochures are on site.
