This simple 4 bedroom house has all the essentials and more. Dogs and a horse or two are welcome, with secure yards and shelters. Other features include great views, arena, BBQ, undercover garage, cubby house, and paddocks for walking. Magnificent views, tranquility, fresh air and open spaces. A Get A Way from the city but oh so close. Just 45 min drive from the CBD. Access to Guests is the entire House and outdoor areas. Barbecue and esky available. Undercover car park for 2 vehicles. Fire pit with timber available. Cubby house for the kids.The House area also has a fenced dog area. We have available also Horse yard and stable. Olympic size arena is able to be used. Tack and feed storage area is available. The paddocks are undulating and perfect for walking or trail running. I can be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via phone message. Two Tree Hill is 5 minutes from the small town of Marburg, which has a pub, a general store, an antique shop, a cafe, and is home to harness racing. Two Tree Hill is the perfect spot for either a quiet get a way to relax and unwind, but not too far a way from Brisbane. Or, the perfect place to bring the Kids, dogs and even a Horse or two. A rural area, waking up in the morning to the Horses neighing in their paddocks , the local chickens and the cows getting ready for breakfast. Two Tree Hill has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, set on the eastern slope of Two Tree Hill which is part of the Marburg Range. Another nearby town is Rosewood, about 10 minute drive. Rosewood has most basic facilities including a small supermarket, fuel station, library and train station.
