Beautiful Mountains retreat!

A stunning studio, with ensuite. Detached from the main house, with private entry. Perfect location for seeing the wonderful Blue Mountains. This cottage/studio is all comfort and style, a private deck looking out onto a lush green park garden. Nothing can beat this studio for charm and comfort. Set apart from, but close to, the main 1930's house, it is a little private heaven! The french doors open out onto a small deck that looks over the massive, lush green garden (our pride and joy!). It is light and quiet and simply delightful! The huge comfy bed welcomes you home after a day of exploring the Blue Mountains. Everything is brand spanking new, with heating and cooling in the room, but it retains the cottage charm of a home away from home. There are facilities to make your morning cuppa in your studio. A five minute stroll to the train station and local shops. The garden is massive, with nooks and archways to get lost amongst. The local birds love our garden and you will often see a Rosella or a Lorikeet at the bird feeder. Maybe even a visit from a possum! Private studio, with private entrance. Private Bathroom. Internet. My delightful parents live in the main house and are always around with tips on what to see in the Mountains. We have lived here for 13 years and my father built the studio you will be staying in. We have as much or as little interaction with our guests as you want. We are happy to leave you be or tell you all about the area and give tips on what to do and see! Happy to give you directions for a fantastic bush walk not too far from here. We hope we can make your stay as warm and enjoyable as possible. Perfectly located in the mid Mountains, you can easily see the best of the Blue Mountains from Hazelbrook. We are a hop and a skip from the train station (five minute walk). In addition to our huge garden we are right next to a huge area of bush, meaning there are great views and bush walks (even a water fall) not too far away. It's perfect as a getaway, or a beautiful place to rest your weary head as you travel up the Mountains. There are many bush walks on your door step as the property backs onto dramatic bushland! You can take a walk (about an hour) and visit the waterfall from the house. There is a train station a pleasant five minute walk from your doorstep, and we are near to the local shops, that has everything you could need. There is one amazingly comfy queen bed in the room and then the option of pulling out the sofa bed. The sofa bed is not luxury but still a place to lay your head. It's a large single floor bed perfect for a younger little guest! The main bed will be a point of envy!
