Lovely 1 bedroom apartment including bathroom, lounge/dining room and kitchenette. We live upstairs and this apartment is self-contained and "pet friendly". We have our own pet who would just love you too. This area is Air Conditioned. The large bedroom has cupboard space and plantation shutters for privacy and morning. Private shower and toilet area. Private access to completely separate living area and your own car park. Located in the heritage city of Ipswich and we are located within walking distance of Limestone Park and within a short distance to the CBD and public transport. Host is prepared to assist with getting to and from the Brisbane Airport and the local shopping and transport terminals. Ipswich is a stepping stone to the Scenic Rim region and Darling Downs and Stanthorpe's fruit and wine region. Also only an hour from the Gold Coast beaches and theme parks. Guests have a private entrance to the apartment. Have their own private undercover car space. Host will meet you on arrival and offer any assistance that you may be seeking with regards to the accommodation or the general area. Always willing to assist where possible. Where possible, we should be able to assist with comments on places to visit in and around Ipswich. Willing to chat and get to know our guests if this suits the individual. Heather and I have traveled in Europe Canada and USA and always love to talk about our visitors travels. Ipswich has much to offer visitors seeking rich heritage, adrenaline-charged adventure, the great outdoors and some of Queensland's largest events, the gateway to Queensland's time honored region & is packed full of new adventures for you to discover. With over 6000 heritage listed buildings and sites, 500 parks and reserves, insanely delicious food, some of the best bike trails in Queensland, charming picnic spots and a vast range of indoor/outdoor kid and adult friendly activities, Ipswich is a must see. Queens Park and Native Animal Park included is a must do along with the Japanese Gardens. Walking Tracks and Coffee shops so close by and in walking distance. The Miners Memorial is a very interesting visit and the lights at sunset are spectacular. All public transport is available and we are very happy to assist with any inquiries and assistance with travel. Can assist with getting to and from airports and trains. Brisbane Airport is around 1 hour from the apartment and for a small fee can assist with getting to the airport or returning.
