'Beach House65' Studio is available for short stays. Our Studio Apartment is completely separate and detached from our house, with it's own private entrance. Fully refurbished. Boasting a well resourced kitchenette and full en-suite bathroom. Quality linen, extreme comfort Queen Bed Ensemble, ceiling fan, standard fan, and a large flat screen TV. BBQ and in-ground swimming pool. Free Parking. 2km to Cronulla Beach, Mall, Cafes and City Rail 'Beach House65' Pool Side Studio is a wonderful space for 1 or 2 guests. Smoking is NOT permitted on the property. The Studio is very private and quiet. Our home is in a quiet suburban street in a bushland setting. There are walking trails to the Burraneer Bay and Parklands and the Port Hacking River. 5 minutes walk to local shops and cafes. 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive by car to Cronulla Beaches and City Rail services. Guests have access to our garden, the in-ground swimming pool and gas BBQ. There is free parking available. The Studio has a kitchette. We provided a selection of tea, ground & instant coffee and little chocolates. Breakfast is not provided. You can bring your own and have a 'cook up' by the pool, or visit one of the many chic cafes or restaurants nearby. As many of our guests have come to the area for a special function, weddings, engagements, reunions, birthday parties etc. We have an iron and ironing board available as a permanent fixture in the studio. A hair dryer is supplied in the vanity cupboard in the bathroom. We can offer advice on public transport and local attractions. Cronulla is a delightful beach side location. We are situated 30 minutes drive from SKSA (SYD Airport) and 45 minutes to Sydney CBD and Harbour. There is reliable public transport services, many shopping centres and restaurant strips to choose from. The closest train station is 15 minutes walk. There is a bus around the corner. Please note: as listed in the 'amenities'..... Smoking in NOT permitted on the property. We have a 'resident' dog named Charlie Puccini. Charlie lives mostly in our house, but does have the run of the backyard. We are 5 minutes walk to local shops and cafes. We are 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive by car to Cronulla Beaches and City Rail services. Sorry No Pets allowed We are in the suburbs, NOT on the beach.
