Only 100m from the beach our apartment features amazing sunsets straight out from the balcony. And chef, you can still watch the sunset while cooking meals, with a glass of wine, from the kitchen. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach and also to the Shore café or Oceans 21 restaurant. A yummy breakfast/ lunch is available until around 9 pm in the summer season on the weekends. It’s a licensed venue with beautiful beach views and a relaxing atmosphere. Guests may use all the amenities in the house, TV, CD/radio, Wii gaming and a selection of CD’s supplied. Washer and dryer are also for your exclusive use. Toaster, kettle, microwave, wine glasses, crockery and cutlery are supplied. We will provide cereal, bread, milk, tea and freshly ground plunger coffee beans to get you started. There is a Coles Supermarket located less than 7 minutes away by car, and an IGA supermarket or fish and chips shop even closer for anything else you might need. The popular Alkimos dive wreck is 100m off the shore. Shorehaven Beach is a nice place to swim. It is calmer for children at the beach in front of the main grassed area Yanchep is a 15-minute drive north, you can visit the national park or the lagoon. If you head further north for another 50 minutes you will discover the Moore river area a great place to spend the whole day canoeing, swimming or try the local fish and chips. . Each bedroom has its own bathroom It would be appreciated if you could limit yourself to the use of your allocated bathroom. I will meet, greet and walk you through the facilities. You will need to have your own vehicle to enjoy exploring the area around your beach house. Once you have settled in and are comfortable, you will find an information folder in the kitchen for any small details you might need to know such as Wifi password. On departure, Please place all rubbish in the green rubbish bins out the back of the building. The yellow top bin is for plastic, glass and paper. Take care not to lock yourself out!
