Includes covered terrace with seating and gazebo/bbq, plus garage. Two bedrooms have en-suites, and there is a family bathroom on the 1st floor. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned. My villa is in a unique development - Carita Boulevard - quiet and patrolled. The accommodation is very spacious, with great outside areas, lots of furniture etc. etc. There are beds for 12 people - two of the king size beds have extra pull-out mattresses.
