Please bring own. Located on the cusp of Berwick, this house is on one of the best tree-lined streets. A simplistic, clean, quiet house. A relaxed, homely place to allow you to feel at home. Only a 5 minutes drive of Berwick station and a 5 minutes walk to the bus stand. We are very pedantic with cleanliness and rest assured that you are staying in a nice clean home. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, laundry and a backyard. You will have full access of the house which includes the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living areas, laundry and the backyard. There is plenty of parking space in the porch or along the streets. We will be contactable throughout your stay if required. We are friendly and easy going people, interact with us as much or as little as you like. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please do let us know and we'll try to accommodate. Berwick is situated in Melbourne's outer south-eastern suburbs. The Berwick of today is made up of a mix of modern and heritage. Streets have a 19th century English village look whilst being surrounded by modern looking house. There are several parks worth visiting in this area. It is a developing suburbs with access to a full range of amenities. What to do around here - Royal Botanic Garden Cranbourne (20 minutes drive) - Mornington Peninsula (40 minutes drive) - Sorento Pier (60 minutes drive) - Dandenong ranges (20 minutes drive) - Shopping precints (Fountain gate, DFO Moorabbin, Chadstone shopping centre) all within 30 minutes drive! - Yarra Valley (60 minutes drive) To be honest, the easiest way to get around is with a car! But rest assured if you don't have one, there are always trains and buses that will take you where you want to go. TV unit is a smart TV, connected to internet and all Australian apps available (ie channel 7, 9, 10, SBS). However has no aerial connection to standard TV channels. Late check-outs are welcome for a small fee. Please enquire.
