Nice view on lake of Thun

This sun-filled and light 1 bedroomed flat is on the groundfloor and consists of a large open plan kitchen,dining/living area, seperate bedroom as well as a bathroom. The spectacular view over the lake of Thun and the Alps, is breathtaking. The utilities and furnishings of the flat are generously adequate for 2 persons. The kitchen has a microwave, glasstop stove, electric oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine and in the living area there’s satelite TV The porch has an outdoor setting, a porch sun lounger swing and retractable awning. Share use of washing machine and tumbledyer is possible for an extra fee. There is a parking lot at your disposal. The house is situated on a the side of the hill and is accessible via stairs. Distance from parking to apartment approx. 40meters up hill. We are always available for inquiries during your stay. The house is 400m uphill from the bus station. Walk up „ Mittelstrasse“ to the end, turn left into „Buehlstrasse“. After approximately 250m, take „Weingartenweg“ slightly to the right and within a short distance you’ll sight the Chalet „Sunnegg“ up on your right hand side. By car, take the freeway exit „Thun Nord“, lane „Thun/ Gunten“. When in the village, Merligen, turn left after the Garage „Wittwer“, into „Oberdorfsterasse“, then left again after about 30m into „Kirchenstrasse“. Follow the road up the hill, take a sharp turn right, around the church and then the next road left into „Weingartenweg“. The chalet „Sunnegg“ is up on your right hand side. Merligen is aproximately 12km from Thun and about 10km from Interlaken on the right hand (east) shore of the lake of Thun.
