With views to the sea and a pool

A self contained unit with own ensuite and entrance this space is large and comfortable. Only 5 mins to the sea...access by bus to Marion shopping centre. And only 20 mins to McLarenvale wine region. Magnificent views and to top it off a deep pool Private downstairs apartment with own access to laundry and kitchenette ... brand new bathroom.. room is extra large and has a leather couch with small table. Outside is a table and chairs with a bbq. The house is on a large block with a deep outdoor in ground swimming pool. There is private access to the apartment via a side access and is also attached to the interior of the house by an indoor stair case. Their own bathroom. Access to their own bar fridge and microwave also bbq for larger meals if they prefer. I have provided an electric heating element for cooking also. Free use of the pool and access to washing machine upon request. As desired....have run a b and b before....some guests like privacy others prefer to interact.... The peace and quiet is wonderful being 20 mins from the city. ..although we have access to a major shopping centre at Marion so there is very little need to travel far... the beach is within walking distance or 5 mins by car. Local supermarket is down the road and has fantastic seafood.... a major draw card is the quick access to McLarenvale via freeway 20 mins and you are in the heart of one of the best wine regions in Australia. To sit with wine and cheese and a glass of bubbles on the balcony watching the sun set over the sea is pure heaven....why would you want to be anywhere else....? There is a bus stop out the front that takes you to Marion shopping centre 5 mins away....this is also a hub to take another bus into the city or airport... Closer to the sea direction is the seacliff railway station to the city or to Seaford line down south. The local IGA supermarket is at the end of the street. Friendly household with a scotch collie whom is well behaved and loves a pat them ....well groomed and trained.
