Our one-room chalet, idyllically situated on the edge of the forest and village of Brenzio, above Gravedona ed Uniti, offers you comfortable and contemporary living in harmony with the tranquillity and relaxation of the unmistakable nature of Lake Como and fantastic views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. NEST - the name of our small eco-wooden chalet is program. 600 meters high above the Alto Lario, the romantic northern tip of Lake Como, on the outskirts of the picturesque mountain village BRENZIO, in the midst of unspoiled nature and right on the edge of the forest, where sometimes the typical for the region deer and wild boar can be seen, here is our in 2018 built in completely ecological timber construction about 45sqm large, small comfortable energy-saving nest for couples and mini families. All by itself, but never alone. Our small piece of jewelery offers you absolute peace, especially in the pre-season, but you can quickly stop by a visit to the nearby trattoria "La Fattoria" (less than 5 minutes walk away) at Patrizia. Locals and tourists, people from the lake and Milanese - pizza and pasta fans from near and far meet here. Back at the "NEST" you can enjoy from your own spacious garden again the incredible view of the lake, the opposite mountain peaks and the beautiful Valtellina valley, to which you should pay a visit. Bright sun or shade under old trees - you decide. As luxurious we do not want to call our NEST directly. Rather very comfortable, the one-room chalet has something of the Tiny Houses cited in many living magazines that offer a lot of comfort and coziness in a small space with a well thought-out floor plan and light, modern furnishings. Our "Tiny" -bad in the basement not only inspires us again and again. Location This is where Fuchs and Hirsch peacefully say "good night". Narrow wooden staircase to the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen block with induction stove, oven and refrigerator. One double bed - 160 x 200 cm - plus comfortable sofa bed. Furnishing contemporary light with small cabinets, shelves, sideboard, large wardrobe, some storage space. SATELLITE TV. Heating / air conditioning via modern heat pump. Washer and dryer in the basement. Spacious 3-sided fenced natural garden with old trees, terrace and garden furniture.The only a few weeks in the year used separate house of the German owners is about 50 meters above the edge of the forest. Own parking lot at the house. Location and infrastructure BRENZIO is a small picturesque town whose old walls have recently been used more and more. Not so small trattoria "La Fattoria" at the church, only max. 5 minutes walk from the house is the "culinary center" of almost 40 souls community. Nearest Alimentari by foot or bicycle reachable in STAZZONA (about 3 km) Supermarkets, pharmacy and everything you need for life in GRAVEDONA. (about 8 km / 15 minutes by car) Your "NEST" can be reached from the coastal road in Gravedona via a narrow paved road. Only the last about 700 meters to your own! Parking, directly in front of the house, are partly graveled. The detached chalet, with its own parking lot and fenced garden area, is of course available to our guests on its own. We are available at all times and there is always someone on site to answer questions or solve problems. BRENZIO is a small picturesque village, whose old walls have been used more and more recently. A not so small trattoria "La Fattoria" at the church, only 5 minutes walk from the house is the "culinary center" of the 40 souls community.
