A good sized room with a plush double bed for that hotel feeling. A large bathroom with shower and bath. The bathroom is shared. You have free use of the kitchen and living area as well as the Laundry. The outdoor space is covered with outdoor couch, table and chairs and outdoor kitchen which includes a gas bbq and charcoal bbq. North facing house gets great breezes in the afternoon. A heated swimming pool adds a great way to relax on warm days. The pool is a magnesium mineral pool for an added health benefit with silky smooth water. Laundry, living area, kitchen, outdoor kitchen, pool, garden. I work from home so am around every day. But you are free to make yourself at home. Lots of parks within walking distance, shops a short drive away, new water park recently opened a short drive away. 3.2km from Ferny grove train station. Local bus service goes to the train station and a bus top is 300m away from the house. Lots of bush walks in the area. I have a female German shepherd who is very friendly and playful; loves tug of war or lots of cuddles. She’ll follow you everywhere and probably join you in the pool as the pool is her favourite place.
