Nestled in extensive private gardens, full of native birds and plants, this picturesque BnB sits on the WATERS EDGE of Lake Macquarie at Murray's Beach. Enjoy your view from indoors from the lounge or outdoors at either of two PRIVATE VIEWING DECKS - ideal for bird watching, reading, yoga or meditation. Guests have their own parking, entrance and access to self-contained unit, nestled amongst private gardens and waterfront. Guests also have access to community pool and jetty for fishing or boating and park-lands. We strictly follow NSW Health advice and since the omicron variant (Dec21) we now ONLY ACCEPT GUESTS who are DOUBLE VACCINATED against COVID-19. You will need to send PROOF of COVID-19 vaccination for you and each guest, as screenshots, prior to being sent the access/key code. Murray's Beach is a native wildlife sanctuary with reserved bush land throughout the neighbourhood, which is nestled in the Wallarah National Park. We have extensive parklands and cycleways on site. Just 75 Minutes north of Sydney and 35 minutes south of Newcastle we are less than 10 minutes to surfing beach, golf and numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Driving is the only option into Murray's Beach - adding to the seclusion. Uber and taxis are available. The furniture in the BnB is not suitable for people weighing over 110kgs. This unit is not the upper-floor/whole house.
