Stunning Villa beach house Troia Comporta
Our house is a hidden treasure. Is 1 hour away from Lisbon, and 100 m walk from one of Europe's best beaches. It's a eco friendly townhouse in a resort in the middle of a protected landscape area. It is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you can think of. One bedroom has one double bed, and in-suite complete WC with shower, one bedroom has two single beds and another room has one single bed which can be extended to double if needed. This house has a deck, with music, great for meals and reading. You can reach a limited access swimming pool through a pine trees private area. Around the swimming pool it has great spots for reading or have a tea or a drink at the shade. There are 4 bicycles included - great for a shot ride to the beach, a 800 mts ride to a near small supermarket or a 4 kms scenery ride to Troia, a small town with a marina, casino, restaurants and bars. On the beach, wich has a private access with code, theres a small bar - it can be closed on off-season week days. On the resort entrance there's a restaurant. AC & Sound system. There's a reception on the resort with services - tourist advice, restaurant booking, laundry, cleaning and maintenance. Open from 9:30h until 18:00h, private security afterwards. We can give advice on restaurants, both great gourmet experience restaurants and local inexpensive options, routes and so on. There's a Golf green 2 kms away from our place - 18-hole, par 72 course, 6.317 metres alongside the beach with a magnificent sea view. (Website hidden by Airbnb) On the resort - 100 mts walk from our house - there's a free access small gym with the basic machines and gear for workout, and a clubhouse with snooker, darts, card games. Apart from 'our' swimming pool, there's a second exterior pool and a third interior pool - with warm water. Great running, walk and jogging routes are available walking away from our house. Horse riding can be booked. It's easy to get there by car - 130 kms, most of them highway, from Lisboa (nearest airport) or 60 kms + 40 mins ferry boat crossing. Both are easy going routes. Highway is quicker, ferry is more fun. You can get there by public transports, it can take about 2 hrs from airport. Helicopter can be booked if needed. But I really don't think so.
