2 bedrooms accommodate up to 4 people. a king bed or 2 singles in the large room and 2 single beds in the smaller room which can be pushed together to make another King if you prefer, Private toilet and bathroom. Lovely gardens. patio with barbecue. over 2 acres of land 10 minutes drive to trains and buses, direct to Adelaide Oval, international sports, lots of entertainment close by, restaurants, pubs, Picture theatres, shopping, swimming center, gym you can use the gardens and patio, including Barbeque. A recently installed Bali hut is a lovely place to relax. fridge space. oven, cooktop, Televisions in both rooms, aircon and heating. you will have access to both rooms for the same price ($90 per night) Beautiful kitchen, well-equipped laundry, lawns, plenty of room to soak up the sun and relax. absolutely make yourself at home. enough room to park a caravan or large trailer. very large off street car park. great place to go on walks. bike tracks that go for miles. We will be available to help in anyway we can to make your stay comfortable. There will be no other guests during your visit. all guests must be double vaccinated prior to booking we are 4 kms from shops, 10 kms to a major town centre, picture theatres, wineries, 20 minutes from the Barossa Valley. trains and bus services are only 10 minutes away.Trains will take you within a few hundred metres from Adelaide Oval. Ideal for footy matches, International cricket such as the ashes etc.Hotels and Restaurants, only 10 minutes drive. a good way to get around is to park your car and get on a train or bus. you can get on and off buses and trains all day, go anywhere you like on the same ticket. We are more than happy to socialize, but we are aware that you might like privacy. Either way, you will have a great time. Both rooms have large tv's.& free wifi. We have a wealth of local knowledge, we can guide you to wildlife, beaches, wineries, fishing, you name it and we will help in any way possible. all guests must be double vaccinated before booking.
