Luxury Beach Townhouse

This luxury styled townhouse is flooded with lots of natural light, floor to ceiling wall mirrors in the entry, lounge room and all bedrooms, styled with an abundance of green indoor plants, high-end appliances and statement artwork. All bed linen and towels are of the highest quality, all styled to complement the home and make your stay that bit more comfortable. With only a very short walk to the beautiful beaches and only a 15-minute drive to Mclaren Vale wine region, it's the perfect spot! We offer a smart TV with Netflix and Stan, WIFI, Saeco self grinding coffee machine, luxury organic skincare, stunning cutlery and glassware, JBL wireless stereo, books, snorkelling equipment, bodyboard, stand up paddleboard, skateboard & boardgames. Our outside area is full of beautiful established potted plants, an outdoor dining table for 6 and an outdoor sofa which is perfect to lay on with a good book and a glass of wine. Our front garden is a Palm Springs inspired cacti and succulent creation is a feast for the eyes with a few little pricks. We are very pet-friendly but NOT party friendly! I am available if you have any questions, requests or concerns. The beach is at the end of the street and Port Noarlunga Reef is just around the corner. We provide snorkeling equipment to enjoy this beautiful international landmark, other ocean activities, luxury beach towels. Plus you'll also find bodyboards to ride the waves at the end of the street and a longboard skateboard to get you there. Out the front is a beautiful reserve where there is a nice bushwalk along the creek and a great place to walk dogs. Or turn left and the ocean is at the end of the street where the beach is very secluded and clean. Very family and dog friendy! The house isn’t really set up for young children and not child safeguarded.
