NOTE: MAX STAY IS 3 NIGHTS. Our clean, comfortable, bright and airy home fits 6 people. My home is close to the Airport (7.2km - no airport noise) and St George Hospital (2.5km), it is half a block from the beach, 10 min walk to Brighton Le sands where you can find an abundance of restaurants and shops. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (toys). We are on the 3rd floor with no lift. Bed 2: Double size bed, desk, wardrobe space, tv and blue ray player. Bed 3: King Single Bed, single air bed or cot on request. All rooms have ceiling fans. The Area Located near Botany Bay, the area where Captain Cook initially landed when exploring Australia, Monterey neighbours Brighton Le-Sands (10 Min walk away) providing ample dining and entertainment options. There is a beach half a block away that stretches for kilometres on end, a perfect destination to relax and a great swimming beach for children as no strong waves. With a plethora of restaurants to choose from, you will never be bored from the variety of cuisine available. Public Transport Situated around the corner to the bus stop, whether you're heading to the CBD or local train station, Rockdale, there are plenty of options to take when planning to visit the city or suburban Sydney. The train trip to the CBD takes around 25 minutes while a bus ride usually takes 45. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions. Must climb stairs, no lift. Free street parking can get busy in weekends and after 5pm weekdays. Cancellation policy strict, change of weekend or school holiday dates will not be accepted if less than 7 days before stay. Please consider taking out travel insurance to cover border closures as we do not refund for covid reasons.
