The condo has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is an en suite that comes with an adjoining bathroom. All three rooms have Super king sized beds with air-conditioning and fan. This is a brand new condo that has never been occupied before. You will be renting a private condo with 2 dedicated parking lots. Guests will have access to all of the amenities including an outdoor pool and a gym. The condo is located on the 11th floor in a building with elevators. This condo is perfect for a family traveling or a small group of friends from another country wanting a unique Malaysian experience as it is located in a modern yet quaint Malaysian village about 50 minutes drive from Georgetown. The apartment can house 6 adults in the three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the utensils and cookware that you might need to cook a tasty meal. Coffee and tea will be provided. Breakfast foods such as instant noodles and breakfast buns (baos) will also be available base on best effort basis. Guests will have the entire place to themselves. They will also be able to fully utilize the pool and gym. I live about 10 minutes away. I have traveled to over 30 countries and love to host. Guests can reach me via phone, email or text messaging. Our little city is brimming with quaint coffee shops (kopitiams) that sells amazing local Malaysian cuisine. The condo is near several attractions such as Auto City, Central Park, Recreational Park Bukit Mertajam, Design Village Outlet Mall Penang, and Penang Bird Park, just to name a few. Georgetown is only 50 minutes drive from the condo. It is also near the new Ikea projected to open its doors in March 2019. I can help arrange for airport pickups for an extra charge. Guests can opt for driving, walking, riding a bicycle or ordering a Grab car to get around. The condo is close to the bridge that connects to Penang island.
