The Annexe 2 room Cottage Pet Friendly and Hot Tub
The Annexe is a self contained double glazed free standing double brick cottage with 2 rooms. The property is pet friendly with a large garden which is fully fenced and secure. It has a small outdoor setting at the front of the Annexe and a outdoor entertainment area behind the Annexe with seating and Hot Tub which is undercover and private and looks on to the garden. The Annexe is a bright open cottage. The main room houses a queen size bed, sofa bed/lounge, island table and stools and a food preparation area. The Annexe has a kitchenette with a double induction cooking hot plate, microwave, and a range of food appliances including, Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Nutri Bullet, Egg Poacher, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a range of Coffee Pods. Washing up can be done either in the bathroom sink or a dedicated washing up bowl. The Annexe has its own Internet. The 50cm smart TV has Netflix, UTube and Free to Air Channels. There is a large bathroom with a rain forest shower, heated towel rail, and cupboard housing towels toiletries and extra blanket. Easy access through a main gate which is shared with the main house. Guests access the Annexe through the main driveway. The driveway has parking for two vehicles, the large shed can accomodate a vehicle and there is off street parking. Due to the health risks associated with Covid 19 and for everyones safety I will only accept bookings from guests who are fully vaccinated. Please confirm this when you make your booking. I always respect guests privacy but as I live behind the Annexe it is likely we would meet at some point. I can be contacted by phone or text anytime if you have any queries. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and central to Corrimal CBD. the Annexe is located on a laneway with local traffic only. There are a range of food outlets close by including Coles, Woolworth's and Aldi. There is an abundance of restaurants and cafe's and a particular favourite within walking distance is, 'Flat White with One' this is dog friendly. Wollongong CBD is a 10 minute drive. There are 18 beaches to enjoy with a dog friendly beach only a five minute drive. The best way to get around is by car or bicycle. The property is surrounded by trees, extensive bamboo fencing and has a fish pond. The property is a quarter of an acre and is fenced and private.
