This is a prestige caravan with front decking situated in the outstanding Sea view village at Combe Haven Caravan Park. This is an 8 berth, 3 bedrooms, double glazed, central heated holiday home. The home comprises a double bedroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds, and a spacious lounge with a pull-out sofa bed. There is a spacious toilet and shower room as well as an additional toilet. The double bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and large wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms have single wardrobes, with one room also having a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in gas oven and hob. There is a large integrated fridge freezer along with a microwave, kettle & toaster. The dining area has a table with benches. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, a 43" Smart TV and electric LED fire. This property is located in Sea view village with surrounding views of the sea to your left and green hills to your right; it’s a short walk down the hill to the gate that leads to Aldi, Costa and the beach. You can walk to the main amenities. Access to the caravan park is at the main entrance of Combe haven holiday park, the caravan is 1 min walk to the park entrance, the caravan has a reserved car park and a private entrance to the caravan on the side. for further information on your visit call,text (Hidden by Airbnb) The atmosphere is glorious in the morning and most beautiful in the evening. sitting on the crest of a hill overlooking the beach on the left and the hills on your right. lots of fun activities amenities in the park for adults and children. Everyone in the park is friendly, always happy and ready to help. 5mins walk to local shops, 2 mins walk to the beach. lost of local attractions and 60mins to Brighton beach. The park is accessible by car or by local train stop at st Leonard Station. the park has a layout of well tard and connected roads. THINGS TO NOTE *Please note that, as with most private bookings, entertainment passes will need to be purchased on arrival or at any point during your stay if required. These are not compulsory, and you can use the caravan solely for accommodation, which many choose to do. All payments are made directly to Haven. Prices are subject to change based on Havens terms and conditions *Loss of keys will result in a charge for replacement keys, change of locks and alarm. *Check-in after 2pm - check out before 10am *Due to the current pandemic, we would like to keep our guests safe, so we please ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels. So you can bring appropriate bed linen the caravan has 2 double beds and 4 single beds. *If you would like a later check out then please request it, if it’s possible we will do it and it will be a sum of £20. The new check out time would be extended till 12pm. If you don’t pay for your stay 28 days before, it will be cancelled and any monies paid will be non-refundable.
