Kookaburra and Sleepy Wombat Cabins!!!

Welcome to our Kookaburra Cabin! It is a studio cabin with a soft Queen bed, Kitchen, Bathroom with full shower, TV (Netflix and Disney+ and a table for four. The Cabin is located in the back of an established home with on street parking available or private space out the back. Small but has everything you need for a short stay, light, cozy and comfortable. BONUS: The Sleepy Wombat Cabin is a sleeping cabin if you would like to bring another couple or older kids! Queen bed but no bathroom. The Kookaburra cabin was purpose built to house a single or couple comfortably! The space is tiny and is not all that comfy for children or teens. We now also have the Sleepy Wombat Cabin that sleeps two in a queen bed for another couple or older children. Kitchen and bathroom is shared with the Kookaburra cabin. NOTE: In order to have the use of both cabins reservation must be a minimum of 3. We are located within walking distance of Charlestown Square Mall (biggest mall in Newcastle) 7K from the Beach and Lake Macquarie! Easy access to the great north walking trail is just out the back gate. You can access the cabin from the main road Patricia ave or from double gates around the back. Through the double gates is private parking. The Cabin is located in the back yard so we are close but can be as hands off as needed. We are always easy to contact via mobile. Charlestown is the centre of the Newcastle area with great shopping, coffee shops, eating places at the Mall...walking distance in fact. The bowling club is also a half a block away. A short drive to the beach or lake!! The Great North Walk is just out our back gate!!!! There is a bus stop right out the front! Uber and cabs minutes away. We do have a lovable Lab named Charlie who sometimes will be in the back yard but he is very friendly and is no trouble. You can use our laundry, just let us know and we can make it happen. .....gotta have a snag or a steak? We got you covered! We have a BBQ that you can access!!
