Modern house, Close to the beach, sleeps 2

Short walk to the beach with ocean views. The house is only 4yrs old. This is a downstairs separate guest suite in a modern house with private entry. One bedroom, one lounge, one full size bathroom. There is one off-street carpark right outside the private entrance. Enter through a ranch slider into the living area which has a three seater couch, single chair, table & chairs, tea & coffee, jug, toaster, fridge, microwave. Close proximity to Matakana, Omaha beach, Martins Bay, Brick Bay winery. We do have a trampoline and climbing frame at the back of the property if any families have kids. Young children under 5 need supervision but older kids are welcome to use it anytime during your stay. Christina is happy to answer any questions either via Airbnb app or text/call (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . Alternatively we are just a knock on the door away and happy to help out The accommodation has a lounge with table, bar fridge, microwave, toaster and jug but NO KITCHEN or cooking facilities. We also provide basic continental breakfast with milk and tea and coffee etc.
