Noon checkout included The Cottage is fully furnished with comfortable Queen size bed in separate bedroom, with dual access bathroom. Open plan Living area is equipped with sofa bed that sleeps two people, functional kitchen, table setting for up to 4 guests, tv, split system heater/aircon, and extra linen. A breakfast table on the front porch caters for scenic dining. The Cottage is fully separate to the main house with under cover parking available and areas to relax and unwind. Guests are free to wander around or soak up the sun, read, swim or use as a base for trips out into Gippsland, Gembrook and beyond. Guests have access to newly renovated pool area in Summer months, located further into the property overlooking the rolling hills and dam, complete with BBQ and additional features. The Cottage also has an area at the rear with seating and fire pit to relax and unwind after dark Private dining spots can be created for guests with prior notice, for romantic dinners, special occasions or watching the sunset Guests are free to come and go as they please - as a working farm we are on site to answer questions but this is your break and we respect your privacy. We are on hand to make many suggestions on places to visit including tourist attractions, wineries and restaurants Situated within the Gembrook State Forest, Belle Haven is a quiet working farm yet still only a short 8 minute drive to Gembrook township home to Puffing Billy, cafes, and The Independant restaurant; and 10 minutes to the Princes Hwy to access Gippsland or Beaconsfield/Berwick with Lady Lavender Tea Rooms, Cannibal Creek Winery and Gumbya World within 20 mins drive Many food producers are within driving distance. The acclaimed OMY restaurant is also close by in Beaconsfield Car access only - no public transport available. Nearest bus is from Gembrook to Belgrave station, or Pakenham train only 20min drive away. V-line train operates from Nar Nar Goon station around 15mins drive away. This is a working property with Highland Cattle, sheep, and alpacas. Strictly no guest pets allowed due to the stress it may cause our livestock. Weekend and seasonal rates apply.
