This newly renovated two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is a modern take on a classic Italian property. From the entrance, the elegant Manhattan-style loft or modern kitchen design might give the impression of living in a cosmopolitan skyscraper, but as you descend from floor to floor you will travel through time to discover an ancient underground cellar transformed in a private and comfortable bedroom. The exposed walls that characterize the house confirm this modern interpretation of a classic environment, and allow the structure to maintain its traditional roots, that is of a house with barrel and star vaults in the ancient village of Specchia. Casa Carla has a spacious bathroom with washing machine and shower. There is also a full sized kitchen equipped with all the utensils a chef could want, fridge, dishwasher and oven. The living room is spacious and has a sofa and TV. The sofa can also turn into a sofa bed, to accommodate two more people if needed. Wi-Fi is available on site. There are two entrances to the house. One directly in the apartment which requires the use of two steps. The other entrance is on the ground floor and passes through a shared external atrium before entering the apartment directly.
