Private oasis with pool, near JCU and the hospital

We offer a self contained unit attached to our house. Single bed stored under queen bed can be used in the living room area. Built in discount for 7+ days. Just off the highway near the hospital and uni, restaurants & cafes, buses, the Ross River and Riverway Park and pools, Willows Shopping Centre, cinemas, laser tag, indoor sports centre, roller skating. Perfect for couples, travelers, uni students on placement, hospital workers, hospital patients or students, business travelers, etc. The unit has a good size air conditioned bedroom, a modern bathroom (shower only), a well appointed kitchen (but no full oven, has convection microwave). A dining room and a cozy small TV area with DVD player and some DVDS for viewing. The main areas are also air conditioned. The unit is non smoking (smoking strictly outside) and pet free. The unit is attached to our house. Guests are welcome to use the small garden near the unit's entrance, the backyard, and use the pool area. The laundry is outside the unit's back door. At the front, one off street parking space is available. We are often around and happy to talk with guests. The pool is always refreshing. In winter it is EXTRA refreshing. If we are not here during your stay, there will be someone living in the main house that can help you, but I will remain the first contact and can handle any questions or issues. We are in a quiet, tidy neighbourhood and we have great neighbours. From here you can walk (or short drive) to cinemas, restaurants and cafes, the river walking/bike paths, the free Riverway Lagoon pools, Townsville's largest shopping centre, and more. We are about 20 mins from the city and beach, 10 mins from the Murray Sports Complex and from the new stadium. Also under ten mins to JCU and the T'vill Gen Hospital. Our parking is in the driveway on the left side only. There is room for one car. Otherwise you can park on the street, it is a quiet area, but lock up anyway. There are buses to the city and beach, and the university and hospital from the shopping centre nearby. The second bed is a single, stored under the main Queen bed. It can be used in the living area.
