Private Annexe w/ bedroom, ensuite & kitchen

Private annexe with a bedroom, en suite and living room. As it's an annexe you get the privacy of your own area and entrance, but you can reach us easily if needed! The living room is versatile and has a desk, sofa, foldable table, and a kitchennette. The kitchennette has a fridge, microwave, inductor hub and tea and coffee facilities Close proximity to Beckenham Place Park, and Beckenham high street which has great of cafes and restuarants! This annexe has a private door so you can come through from the outside and keep your privacy! It's all on the ground floor in case you had any accessibility requirements, however, the path to the front door is a little narrow. The Bedroom: Double Bed with double windows and doors you can open or close to look onto the private living room. Bedside tables on both sides (with drawers, power sockets and lights!) Wifi Fresh towels & linens Wardrobe with hangers Full size mirror Blankets in case you get cold! The Ensuite (also private) Walk in shower (useful for accessibility needs) Toilet Basin Cabinet with extra towels The living room (private) The living room has a corner set up as an office, a sofa, dining area, and kitchennette. This living room has a small sofa to relax on Office: Desk (with sockets underneath) Office chair Neutral background Wifi! Iron If you wanted an extra guest let us know and we can put a bed in the living room! The living room has double doors looking onto our patio and garden. You're welcome to open them and relax on the patio! Kitchennette (private): Kettle Coffee Machine (filter) Tea and Coffee Toaster Single Induction Hob Chopping boards, knives crockery (cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc.) Combination microwave, grill and oven note: there's no running water in the kitchennette so we provide a washing up bowl and ask you to do it in the bathroom basin Patio and garden (shared) Swingset for young children Table and four chairs outside Public transport is great in this area - you're 10 mins walk away from Beckenham Junction and New Beckenham which means you can get to London quickly! There is room for you to park on the drive so it's accessible by car! We're happy to welcome you to the annexe but also happy to give you the space you need! I work from home, so that makes check in or any questions easy to deal with! Beckenham is very well located so you can get to Beckenham Junction or New Beckenham and so you can get to Victoria, Charing Cross, London Bridge or Cannon Street by direct train! The surrounding area is also lovely, we live near Beckenham Place Park which has a cafe, lovely pizzas, and even a lake where you can go free swimming! We're also near a range of cafes, bars, and restaurants - and we've put some of our favourites in a guidebook for you! We're also very near Bromley, which has the glades shopping centre if you wanted to have a shopping spree! Beckenham is also well connected if you wanted to some of Kent, which has lovely walks and national trust properties! The train is the best way to get into London, the buses are useful to get around Bromley. We have room for parking and a car would help if you wanted to get to Kent! We do have two cats but we don't let them into the annexe. You might see them on the patio though!
