'Norma June' - renovated holiday cottage

Welcome to 'Norma June' - a newly renovated cottage in the coastal hamlet of South Durras. Well situated in the village, with easy access to the beach (300 metres via a bush path from the rear gate), the cottage includes modern furnishings, front and rear decks, a living/dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a third room with a work space. Within walking distance of 3 beaches, Murramarang National Park and Durras Lake, this gorgeous spot has everything for a relaxing break. The cottage is newly renovated and includes all new furnishings. The living/dining area includes comfortable lounges and a 55" smart TV with access to Netflix, Stan and other streaming services. The new kitchen includes a full size oven, induction cooktop, microwave and a wide range of cooking and serving utensils. The cosy master bedroom features a queen size bed and another 55" smart TV while a second bedroom includes two bunk beds and a 60" TV equipped with Apple TV. A third room is set up as a workspace/sunroom. The front and rear decks feature new outdoor dining and lounge furniture and a Weber Q BBQ. Please note that a bathroom including a vanity and toilet is inside the cottage but a newly renovated shower, together with a laundry, is in a seperate building accessed from the rear deck. The cottage is NBN connected and all guests can enjoy super fast WIFI for the duration of their stay with no limits on usage. We will be contactable via telephone throughout your stay and a 24 hour number for maintenance issues will be made available. South Durras is a gorgeous village situated within the Murramarang National Park on the South Coast of NSW. The peaceful village is surrounded by National Park with access to beautiful walking trails. The cottage is a three minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to Durras Lake. You'll share this piece of paradise with an abundance of wildlife including Kangaroos (often grazing in the backyard) and a range of friendly parrots that call nearby bushland their home. All of this is a ten minute drive from Batemans Bay with access to shopping, restaurants and leisure activities.
