😊코로나 정책 준수, 자가격리 이용 불가😊 편한안 분위기에 넓고 깨끗한 집입니다. 약 20평의 공간에 거실 겸 부엌 1개와 침실 2개 그리고 화장실 1개가 있습니다. 킨텍스(15분)와 대화역(5분) 근처의 다세대 주택 단지에 위치하고 있어 소음 없이 편히 쉬실 수 있으실 겁니다. 인근에는 마트와 편의점, 빵집, 세탁소, 음식점 등 다양한 편의시설들이 가까이 있습니다. Clean house with comfortable atmosphere. Our house has 2 Rooms / 4 beds, a living room with kitchen, a toilet. Near to Kintex (15 min) and the Daehwa stantion (5 min). Nearby markets, convenience facilities. ❤️ 대화동 주택단지에 위치한 다세대 건물 1층 입니다. 일반 가정집으로 사용했던 공간이기에 많은 분들이 함께 지낼 수 있을 만큼 넓습니다. 또한 2018년 봄에 리모델링 했기 때문에 깨끗하고 쾌적한 공간입니다. ❤️ - Free Wifi - TV, large table, sofa bed - refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric pot, kichenware - towel, soup, shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser, shower ball - Room 1: a queen bed, bed table, mirror, hanger, air-condition - Room 2: two super single bed, bed table, closet, air-condition ❤️ 궁금한 사항은 언제든 문의주세요! (Ask anything about house.) ❤️ - 입실/퇴실 예정 시간을 알려주세요. (Please let me know the scheduled arrival time.) - 주차는 차량 1대만 가능합니다. 자가용을 가져올 경우 미리 말씀주세요. (Only one vehicle is allowed for parking. Please let me know in advance if you bring your car.) ❗️ - 반려동물은 입실이 되지 않습니다. (No pets allowed in) - 파티 금지. 오후 11시 이후의 소음은 주의해주세요. (No party. Please be quite after 11pm) - 숙소는 예약된 인원만 사용 가능합니다. 위반시 퇴실 조치합니다. (Only reserved people are allowed to stay at the house) - 실내 흡연금지( No indoor smoking) - 다음 게스트를 위해 고기나 어류 같은 냄새가 오래가는 음식은 조리를 지양해주세요. (Please refrain from cooking foods that last long, such as meat and fish.) - 체크아웃 전 숙소에 비치된 물품이나 가구, 벽지, 장판 훼손시 연락주세요. (Before checking out, please contact me if you damage any items, furniture, wallpaper, or floorboards in the house.)
