Cute apartment in the hills

Please note: apologies, we are not able to host those in quarantine. Lovely small, self contained apartment adjacent to the main residence. Has its own private entrance. Enjoy the views, BBQ, garden and pool. Take a walk down to a hidden stream, watch the kangaroos, cockatoos (including the rare red-tailed black cockatoos), the occasional hawk and green parrots. A perfect location to explore the vineyards and cider houses in the surrounding areas - all within a 30 minute drive. You have the whole, self-contained apartment available, plus pool and garden areas. Washing machine also available. We are happy to respect the privacy of our guests but always available for enquiries - in person, text, email & phone. We're also happy to guide you for a drive around the surrounding hills to the cider houses, wineries and restaurants becoming popular in the region. Our residence is on a secluded road, often used by residents who like walking and jogging around the hills. It's surrounded by a nature reserve with amazing views. The local shopping centre - 5 minutes away by car or 40 minutes to walk - has a wonderful cafe and bakery. Parks and community centres make it a very family friendly community. Zia's Ristorante 5. Hidden Cafe A bus stop is located at the end of the street, taking you to the local shopping centre or down the hill to the train station. The Armadale train line takes you directly into the city (30 minute trip). A car is useful if wanting to visit local wineries. Lovely walking area, 40 minutes to the local shop and Raeburn Orchard. The place is a self contained apartment next to the main, occupied residence. It has a shower room off of the galley kitchen, loungeroom and two small bedrooms. Our place is located in the hills and does have a steep, narrow driveway. You can enter by the stone steps or walk down the driveway to the cottage. Please note, it is street parking only as our driveway is steep and narrow with a very small turning circle at the very bottom. Please do not drive down the driveway.
