Waterfront guest house on Caroline Bay

Currently jetty under construction Waterfront , birdlife & fish jumping. Watch the sun rise facing north east. Even a dolphin can be seen occasionally. Great fishing & kayaks available free of charge Beaches,Walks,art centre , local village atmosphere East Gosford shops with great restaurants and cafes 3 mins walk. Short drive (5 mins) to Westfield shopping centre with cinema,ice rink. Lots of restaurants, SommersbyFalls, Reptile Park very close. Brewery, chocolate factory and great boat trip EVERYTHING is meticulously cleaned and disinfected including all door handles , remotes etc in order to make sure all hygiene is maximised Nicer than a hotel its all waterfront. We have kayaks that you can use and a small boat for fishing if you don't want to fish off the wharf. Relax on the outside lounges taking in the amazing waterfront and enjoy a good book. If you don’t fish but your partner does you can watch in comfort. The space is small but very beautiful , huge shower. Linen and towels provided , air conditioned and internet . A smart tv in the bedroom allows you to run Netflix, etc The lounge TV has ALL Foxtel channels . Internet For bigger groups up to 8 I can offer an additional space upstairs, depending on availability, please enquire Separate to main house , own private entry to your accommodation There are two levels of stairs to the your accommodation I am available to the guests they can simply message through Airbnb messages or sms East Gosford is central and is one of the few places that is easy to get around without a car. Close to trains (far enough so no noise) and close to Gosford hospital and private hospital . It offers a village atmosphere of local shops, restaurants ,art centre with beautiful walks and many beautiful beaches short drives. A large shopping centre only 5 minutes drive away. it is very peaceful and you wake to the amazing varieties of bird life and fish jumping. You wont want to leave! Everything is a walk but there is a car hire only walking distance away. Shops, cafes and restaurants are a short 3 minutes walk. The train is only a few bus stops away, far enough to get absolutely no noise. Gosford hospital is close if you are doing a short term stay for your education or have some health issues to resolve. I am available to give you lifts if you are without a car. If you have a car you will find it extremely easy to get around This is really the best location to get to anywhere and lots to see There is no fence between the waterfront and the entry to the apartment therefore could be dangerous for small children unless supervised
