This spacious 3 bedroom house is centrally located and is only a 25min drive to the Brisbane CBD via the M3 and 30 min drive to major theme parks in Gold Coast. Experience the peaceful and relaxing Brisbane suburban life and enjoy your own privacy in a private guesthouse. There is also self check in key box for guests to check in at flexible times. Free unlimited wireless nbn internet is also provided for guests. *Maximum is 6 people for this house. Please see below for 10 people accomodation.* Guest have two private and large balconies - one at the front and one at the back - where they can sit down and enjoy the sun. There is also a full size private kitchen and separate dining area and lounge where you can eat and rest. There is also a 65inch UHD smart tv with unlimited internet access. Guests will have the entire guesthouse to themselves. Between the hours of 7am and 10pm I am able to answer my phone and can help you with any questions about how to get around to places if needed. I can provide you with my email address/phone number or line messenger ID to help with easier communication with guests. Kingston is a quiet suburb located halfway between the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast. There are many parks and trees nearby in the area. The house is also in a very convenient location where the nearby Logan Central Plaza is located only 5min away by car and has all major retail/grocery shopping stores like Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Chemist Warehouse and more. If you need to buy asian groceries, then the Korean supermarket "Hanaro BIG market" and other chinese grocery stores/butcher shops are located only 9min drive away in the nearby suburb of Underwood. In case of an emergency, convenience stores, local pharmacy and a medical centre is located 4 min away by walking distance. Kingston station is 1.5km away and will take around 18min to walk to if you need to take public transport. If you wish to have accomodation for more than 6 people, I can organise for 4 more people to stay downstairs for an additional cleaning fee of $120 as long as the dates for downstairs listing is available.
