Seaside house next to train station & Beach

I live 3 minutes from the train station 45 mins to Glasgow, 5mins walk to the beach 15 mins walk to Arran ferry or 5 mins in a car. It’s a quiet seaside town. I have spare room with small double and although 2 can could use the room, it’s probably more suitable for one. I have two bathrooms, l can make one for guest uses only also have two TV rooms you can have solo uses of one if required. You would have full use of the shared kitchen with own fridge, freezer space, shared front room, garden I'm happy to socialise with guests when not working but also respect their privacy and I'm happy to fit in whatever the guest prefers to do Beach, park, restaurant cinema and train station Train, bus or car if going to Glasgow, Largs, Ayr or Irvine but everything local is within walking distance, beach restaurants shops evening the ferry terminal you could walk to if needed I do have visitor some weekends and sometimes stay over
