House in village near Koroni with fantastic views

Our small but modern house is situated in the village of Vasilitsi near the small seaside town of Koroni. It is situated at the top of the village with fantastic views. The sea is 2,5 km away. As a guest you have access to the whole house and the garden. There are fantastic beaches all around which seldom are crowded. In the village itself there is a very good and popular taverna only a few minutes walk away. There is also a small supermarket. The house (40 m2)has one big room, consisting of sitting room and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a loft. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed, wardrobe and drawers. In the sitting room part there is a sofa which makes into a 140 cm wide bed. Narrow and steep steps lead up onto the loft where there is a 160 cm wide bed (this counts as Bedroom 2). The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee perculator, toaster and citrus press. From the bedroom and the big room there are doors leading out onto the balcony. All windows and doors have mosquito netting. There is a lockbox so that you can let yourselves into the house at any time of the day or night. From the big roofed balcony you have a wonderful view towards the sea, the village and the Taygetos mountains. Here we have a big table and chairs and also two armchairs to relax in. In the summer the balcony is like an extra living room. At the bottom of the garden there is a big terrace with sunchairs, a table with chairs and an umbrella. We have a large parking space next to the house. When we are not in Greece we live in Sweden, about an hour North of Stockholm. If you need help of any kind there are people who you can turn to. This is a really beautiful and green part of Greece with fabulous beaches and a mild climate. The small town of Koroni is only about 6 kilometres away and here you can find big supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bakeries, post office and banks with ATM. There are many places of interest to visit in the neighbourhood and all over Peloponessos. To stay in our house we recommend that you have access to a car or moped to make your way around the area.
