This light filled studio is tucked away in a private garden and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. We sincerely apologise, however this property is not suitable for Covid Quarantine purposes. The space features cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchenette and bathroom, work space, Queen bed, sofa bed lounge, coffee pod machine and wide screen TV with Netflix, making this space a stylish and tranquil getaway. A new air conditioner has also been recently installed. Bifold doors open to the private pergola area along the front of the studio where you can have a BBQ or just sit and enjoy the private courtyard garden. We also have solar because we know how much everyone cares about the environment we live in. Guests will have complete private access to the studio. We live next door and will be available to help if you need anything. Otherwise please enjoy the space which you will have all to yourself. The studio is a short walk to the best that Brighton and Sandgate have to offer: - 5min walk to Brighton and Sandgate waterfront - 3min walk to closest bus stop - 2min walk to Ward Street Shops which include: Coffee Warden Cafe, Sunday Lane Homewares, and hairdresser - 5min walk to Brighton Hotel - 6min walk to the new and popular Bay Style Boutique - 7min walk to Queens Parade shops which include: Eclectea Bar and Cafe, Organics Cafe, and Jason's Quality Meats - 15min walk to the heart of Sandgate - Easy access to both north and south coast highways and only 20min drive to Brisbane's airport - Good base for the Brisbane to Gladstone yacht race - 9mins drive to the Boondall Entertainment Centre for live events. The studio is 3 minutes walk to the closest bus stop and a 5 minute bus ride will take you to the Sandgate train station where you can catch a train into the Brisbane CBD. NOTE: DUE TO A SHARED DRIVEWAY WITH OUR HOME, THIS STUDIO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MANDATORY COVID QUARANTINE. A portacot is available for use if required at no extra cost.
