Gorgeous huge school conversion in Hackney!!
The apartment is located in a a huge, gated school conversion. The Apartment is split over two floors, around 1700 sq feet! Upstairs has a full glass roof, and a large open plan living area with tv/apple tv, leading onto our own private garden area. Downstairs, the heart of the home, has 3 bedrooms, and bathroom (bath and separate shower), open plan kitchen/second living room area. The bedroom is a double, with ample storage (two floor to ceiling wardrobes) and the room itself has a double bed and a chest of draws as well. The house has an abundance of natural light, and really does need to be seen to fully appreciate the size and unique space! The kitchen is large and spacious, and we have a big dining area connected to the main space. There is a washing machine and dryer available. Anything you need I am sure we can provide. You will be given towels and bed linen, and some toiletries area available if needed. You will also be given some fridge space and a cupboard for longer stays (i.e. if you stay for a week). Guest access Guests have access to the whole flat - there is nothing off limits apart from the other two bedrooms. My girlfriend is a photographer, and I am a fashion designer, and I should also say - we're in our 30s. We are pretty busy most of the time, as we run our own businesses. My partner is freelance from home, so is around in the day time. We are very happy to give advice on the area, and things to do and see in London. We are also more than happy to have the odd drink or two with guests if they would like to get to know us better! Tons of shops, bars supermarkets on the doorstep - we rarely every need to leave the neighbourhood to get what we need. There are also trendy hairdressers, good coffee, craft beer shops, and take aways (including amazing sourdough pizza) if you feel lazy. There are also big shops (supermarkets!) to buy food from too if you fancy cooking at home. There are more buses on the doorstep than you could ever need - including great night bus routes to shoreditch/central London. Two seconds to Hackney Downs station (easy access to Liverpool St, Tottenham Hale and the Stansted Express), and a 3 minute walk to Hackney Central station which links to the Victoria Line at Highbury. It takes 30-35 minutes to get to the centre of London. For anything in East London - this flat is at the heart of it all! We are not looking for people that want to have parties in the house - its more of a chill homely vibe!
