Situated just an easy drive to Schofields Park, Rouse Hill town centre, The Ponds Shopping Centre and Schofields train stations. If you like peaceful and sightseeing, this house is definitely your choice. Located at a quiet street and very close to Schofields Park. But It's also very convenient to get to Woolworth, the Ponds shopping centre and Rouse Hill town centre. The house has 4 large bedrooms plus a single room. It also has 2.5 bathrooms. The TV shows in the picture can be used as a monitor If you bring your own HDMI Cable and laptop. You will have to take the bins out to the kerb on Wednesday for collection. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in. * There are some boxes and furniture that belong to one of the long-stay guests, The guest was not able to back to Sydney currently, those items were placed on the side of the garage..not affect for guests parking a car.
