We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets. Auckland Airport is an easy 1 and 1/4 hour drive to our place. World famous surfing town Raglan, is a 30 minute drive. Ngaruawahia is a six minute drive. Hampton Downs Racing Track is a 40 minute drive. The Base shopping centre is a 10minute drive. Waikato Hospital is a 20 minute drive. Hobbiton Movie set - Matamata is 1 hour drive. Lots of Cycle and walking tracks are close by. Guest have use of the backyard with a treehouse down the back. Basketball hoop and a bar to unwind at the end of the day. if we are home you can use the laundry. We have a childrens playground down our road and the skateboard park is a two minute walk. There is a stunning walkway which is about 6km there and back from our house. There is a café which serves breakfast and lunch. We also are close to a fruit shop and a fish and chip shop. These are all within a two minute walk. A quite, relaxing place to stay in Hamilton for work, holiday or travelling through on your New Zealand adventure!The Base shopping centre and supermarket is a 10minute drive Central Hamilton and Hospital is a 15 minute drive. Te Kowhai Airfield is a two minutes drive away. Hampton Downs racing track is a 40 minute drive.
