A boutique B&B in the historic market town of St Austell, in the heart of Cornwall. Offering a choice of 3 bedrooms (a maximum of 6 guests), with a generous breakfast included in the price. Situated in a private park and gardens in the town of St Austell, we're a short walk from the town centre and St Austell train/bus station. We're also close to sights including the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown - as well as the beaches of St Austell Bay. Free parking. Free Wifi. Bedroom 3 has two single beds - which can also be attached together, to make one large double bed (please state your preference when booking the room). There is a basin in the room - as well as a desk, a large wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have use of a large shared bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet. Owner lives in the house and is available to help guests during their stay. Guests are given a front door key, so are able to come and go as they please. The town of St Austell has numerous shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants - as well as a cinema and historic attractions. Ivy House is a very short walk (200m) from St Austell train/bus station - with links across Cornwall and across the UK.
