Peaceful home 30min drive or train to Brisbane CBD

My Arana Hills home is modern, comfortable and stylish, sunny and light, well-equipped and pet-friendly. It is located in a popular spot for families, close to the Brisbane CBD, on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet close to all amenities (public transport and local shops including supermarkets and cafes). It is also nearby to parks, dog parks and numerous walking tracks. My home is ideal for families or working professionals who want a tranquil space to relax in and call their own. - This pet friendly high set home comfortably fits up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. - WiFi available. - Only 14km from Brisbane CBD (30min drive or train). - Only 20km from Brisbane Domestic Airport (25min drive). - Smart TV - internet enabled to stream. - Main bedroom has a Queen bed, air-con and built in wardrobe. - Second bedroom has a Double bed, with a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. - Third bedroom is setup as an office with a ceiling fan and the option for a double height queen bed air mattress if required. - Well-equipped kitchen-including electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. - Open plan air conditioned lounge/dining and kitchen area opening out onto large deck. - Large fully fenced and secure back yard, fire pit entertaining area and pool. The whole upstairs of the house and outdoor spaces are set up for guests to enjoy. - Guests have full access to the house yard, fire pit entertaining area and pool. - Please be mindful that the downstairs area of the house is separately rented. The downstairs tenant uses the right hand access which is separate to the upstairs access. - No smoking. No parties. No extra guests allowed. - No illegal or commercial activities. - Check in anytime after 3pm. - Check out before 10am. Pets: - Pets on application. Pets are not welcome if they are noisy and/or cause neighbours to complain. Please send your request and let me know your breed and size of dog. I allow pets inside, but kindly ask NO pets on lounge or beds. - Please tidy up after your pets as there will be an extra charge if pets mess is left in the garden or excess of pet hair left. - I require all guests to have a completed Airbnb profile. This includes email address, phone number, verified Government ID and a clear photo. - Breakages: I understand that sometimes accidents happen! If something accidentally breaks, please let us know immediately. Often I have bookings directly after yours and if I know of the damage before you leave I can prepare to fix or replace something immediately. - Please leave the house 'clean and tidy'. Rubbish is to be taken out, all crockery and cutlery is to be clean and put away. - Shared laundry downstairs is available upon request.
