Exclusive access to much of the property and environs for guests. Floodlit tennis court available for guest use. Not suitable for Guests under 12 years old. Outdoor seating available to take in the surrounding ambience in your down time. Choose from lakeside, the view of the farm and Mt Puckapunyal or a quiet sit on the porch. Stunning views from bespoke viewing areas. Relax indoors in reclining chairs, on stools at the bench, or at the antique dining setting in air-conditioned comfort Guests are welcome to walk around the fenced laneways on property. Please do not enter paddocks with animals in them On arrival the cottage will be at a clean and at a welcoming temperature. If you are arriving during regular hours we can show you the facilities and make sure you are settled in. The days activities of a farm mean that there is generally someone around to assist with queries or difficulties. Over 200 acres of farm means that we might not be within the immediate vicinity. A 10 minute drive to our local hub of Avenel where you can experience the best of local food and hospitality. Amongst our favorites are: . Add a visit to Taurus Fine Meats and Smokehouse to your schedule. Our multi-award winning butcher produces some of the finest smoked bacon, hams and small goods available in Victoria. There is no public transport available at the farm. Seymour does have a taxi service, but due to the distance out of town I would recommend checking pricing prior to confirming bookings.
