Seaside cottage, 4 mins stroll to Hele Bay

My place is close to Hele's sandy and pebble beach with great views over the Hele/Berrynarbor hills and on a bus route to Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility to excellent coastal walks on the South West Coastal Path, two pubs/restaurants within 4 minutes walk, both serving good food and Hele Cornmill, the 'Best Tearoom in Devon' (2013/2014/2015/2017 Devon Life Magazine). My place is good for couples and families with lots to discover in North Devon. Tollgate Cottage is a two bedroom cottage with fully equipped kitchen and cosy lounge with wood burner stove. There is a double bedroom with double bed and a smaller bedroom with full sized bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower over. There is a small patio garden with garden furniture and on road parking. The whole of the cottage is available for a private booking with self check in key safe. We own the 16th century cornmill 3 minutes walk away. Self check in with key safe. For a booking of 7 days or more a cream tea is included in our award winning tearoom. We are always happy to advise guests on activities and beauty spots nearby and some tourist information is included in the cottage Set in the village of Hele, just outside Ilfracombe and only a few minutes walk to Hele's beach and Hele Bay Pub five mins walk serving good food, as well as our Hele Cornmill which has won best tearoom awards for 3 years running. Premier shop selling all the essentials (wine and chocolate included). Good location for discovering North Devon and the beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. Parking is on road close to cottage but there is also a public carpark (free on Sundays and after 6pm, otherwise £1.70 per day) just 4 minutes walk away. On bus route for Combe Martin and Ilfracombe. Covid-19: we are leaving 72 hours between bookings and sanitising between stays following Airbnb protocol. Ideal for a relaxing holiday - beach 4 mins walk, two pubs both serving good food 3 minutes walk, lots of lovely countryside and coastal walks from the cottage door. There is a local bus service to Ilfracombe and Combe Martin.
