This is your home away from home. With your own private bedroom or bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom and toilet. The extra bedroom can be suitable for 1-2 adults. There is a dog and chickens at the property. There is a pool and large patio area for guests to enjoy. Internet and Netflix available for free in your lounge room. 33yr old female owner, partner and occasionally his 3yr old daughter resides at the house in their own areas. Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, few minutes from shopping centre, medical centre. There is a recreation centre with indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna. There is a public library a few minutes down the road as well as a lovely park at the end of the street. Guests will have one or two private bedrooms, one double and one single which can convert to a double. There is an extra $20 charge per night for the use of the second bedroom, which can either be suitable for 1 or 2 adults. My phone number is provided on the welcome note in the bedroom, guests are able to contact me via phone or through Airbnb message. We are home usually around 5pm in the evenings and can answer any questions guests may have. some guests like to chat with us and some like to keep to themselves so we respect everyone's personal choice and will give guests privacy if they prefer but happy to chat as well. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a lovely walk at the end of the street through parks and a creek bed. There is a leisure world centre, with pools, gym, fitness programs etc which is only an 8min walk away. There are buses and train stations and parking available at the premises. There is a surcharge of $20 for the additional room.
